In a Nutshell: 
Protagonism of children in the community Barrios Altos, Lima – Perú 1. Expression! 2. Democratic socialization and right to recreation and amusement. 3. Strengthening of studying capabilities, especially for those who drop out of school. 4. Communitary health attention. 5. Learning on productive activities and legal incomes.
Where and When: 
The solution has been partially implemented in Peru (2014 - 2016) and background of trainers in Argentina (2005) City of Lima is actual point of action.
Challenges: 
Integration. Such purpose different than single concept of “including”. Generation of children purposes and dreams. Spaces for young people helping children. Involve parents or tutors (when they are present in children life), grassroot leaders and authorities (whenever they understand we need different ways for advocacy on children rights)
Innovation: 
Answer to three of principal social demands on the city. Dramatic method to realize the vision of the city we need, and solve progressively lack of integration, absence of love and solidarity ties between groups and inside groups acting in the same spaces. Speak, and register if the language of other or others -in spite of the form and sound-, express needs, thinking and purposes to channelize new energy at home, in community and school, to brake circle of violence founded in pre-judge. Strategies of communication to tackle lack of education and information on opportunities, as well as lack of attitude to essay different ways to grow with welfare.
Concept: 
EXPRESSION.- As the hard skill to liberate adequately child energy in the public spaces, also at home when is possible. EXERCISE OF RIGTHS.- in a democratic environment of learning, by understanding of city crisis. And giving a different attitude as human beings. PROCCESSING KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION.- Workshop methodology to extract ideas and basic judge of good actions and bad situations.
Description: 
In each community the solution had particular ways of implementation. The context in big capitals of South America reveals the effort of inmmigrant population (from highlands to the periferic areas) to provide basic services, not only educational but also housing, water and sanitation, energy and first of all the effort of get an space in economy. In the streets, most of inmmigrants opened a way for their families, but in certain moment there is involution with respect to human rights and cultural aspects of belonging. If the traditional school have a curricula with different areas of learning, it suppose that exists a support of a traditional institution as an integrated family. But when it does not work, results in minimizing of affective and cultural expression of children. When children grow, they are not still independents as to solve their urgent needs, but they need to process a new consciousness, weather they go to school or in some cases do not attend a school, but they continue learning in this context. The strengthening of learning capabilities is our strategy to demand a new certification process from a formal system. But, to what extent the local schools may certificate learning in community environments? We expect this in matter of environment, mathematics in the ground, language and social skills. We go on it, because experience has shown us that learning does not stop. This strategies are complemented with health basic services provided for volunteers specialists. Finally we show children the basic rules of production, involving in a formative plane, to introduce idea of quality, environment impact of produce and consume, prices, competence and revenues! Translated in some goods they always need to live better, study, share with others or just get good amusement in community.
Impacts: 
Reduction of violence, increasing of tolerance among children and also a better attitude form adults to kids. The interest of young people to help children is permanent , and generate positive impacts in children, young people, their families and community. In 2014, more than hundred teenagers and young people were trained in human rights, concept of socially relevant good actions, and also in entrepreneurship. At least 30 young people were engaged in jobs and business. In 2016 children up to 60 were involved in a new scheme of learning, where they begin to recognize the context; in a way that children and also young people (some parents), may process values of elementary rights, communication, recreation, health and studies.
